Directions: 1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, 1/2 cup of the half-and-half,
corn
syrup and butter.
2. Bring to a full boil.
3. Graadually add remaining half-and-half. BE SURE BOILING DOES NOT
STOP!
4. Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (230øF.), stirring
occasionally.
5. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream or cake. 2 cups.

30-minute marinara sauce In a large saucepan, saute bell pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms,
carrots, garlic and herbs in oil till onion is translucent. Add the
tomato products, breaking up the whole tomatoes.Simmer for 30 minutes. Use

Place in ovenproof dish in a single layer, bake, covered in moderate

Tonkatsu sauce In a small saucepan, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and ketchup. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and whisk often until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes. Whisk in the mustard and all Balsalmic vinaigrette sauce Combine salt, mustard, and vinegar in food processor bowl and process well. With motor running, pour in olive oil in a thin stream.
