Directions: Cut turkey into pieces as follows; 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 4
breast pieces and 4 back pieces. Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, mustard and garlic. Marinate turkey in soy mixture 2 hours
in refrigerator. Drain turkey pieces, reserving marinade. Place drumsticks, thighs and breast pieces 6 - 8 " above medium hot coals.
Grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Add wings and back pieces. Grill another 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Baste with
marinade and grill until turkey is tender about 20 minutes.

Slice in 4 slices. Between sheets of plastic wrap, lightly poun Dorcas pohl's honey mustard dressing Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk or blend together. This
dressing is also great on sandwiches as well as salads. It will keep at
least a week in the refrigerator.
Yields: 2-1/2 cups (10 1/4-cup servings) Source: Butter Busters Cook Honey sesame dressing Put all ingredients except olive oil in blender cup. Blend to combine.
Keep the hand blender running and slowly pour the olive oil until the
mixture starts to thicken.
Keeps for 1- 1 1/2 weeks.
