16 Ounce(s) can whole kernal corn
1 Cup(s) Grated cheddar cheese
1 Cup(s) Ritz crackers, crushed
1 Onion, chopped

3 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
2/3 Cup(s) Milk
1/4 Pound(s) Margarine
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Bake in a 3-qt baking dish for 50 to 60 min.
