Heat oil n large skillet or wok. Add garlic, broccoli, and mushrooms and
stir about one minute. Add 2 tbsp. water. Cover and co Herbed roasted winter vegetables Position 1 rack in top third and 1 rack in bottom third of oven and preheat
to 375F. Spray 2 large rimmed baking sheets with nonstick spray. Melt
butter with olive oil in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Combine red
beets, large pinch of thyme, large Broccoli soup Saute onion and garlic in oil with the bay leaf for 3 teaspoon 4 minutes. Remove 4
ounces of broccoli florets. Add the rest of the broccoli and stock. Bring to a boil
and simmer gently, covered for 10 minutes. The broccoli should be tender but still Broccoli salad sauce Make sauce ahead of time so that the sugar will dissolve well.
Broccoli delight Saute onions in butter and add the remaining ingredients. Pour into a
two quart greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 40 - 45 minutes
at 350 degrees.
Herbed roasting ears Blend butter with herbs; spread on corn. Wrap each ear of corn in 2
to 3 leaves of romaine; place in shallow baking dish. Cover tightly
with foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
Chicken and broccoli pasta with chunky tomato sauce Make chunky tomato sauce (ingredients: onion to salt and pepper)
Combine with pasta, chicken, broccoli. Toss well. Heat or serve cold.
Herbed oatmeal pan bread cheese topping Wild herbed rice In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown rice, wild
rice, onion, and celery and saute for approximately 5 minutes or until
onion and celery are tender. Add mushrooms, chicken broth, parsley,
salt, thyme, and pepper. (Add pec Broccoli and cheese rolls 1. Cook, drain and combine broccoli and cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place one #20 scoop filling on warmed flour tortilla. Fold envelop style.
Secure with toothpick if necessary.
3. Deep fry at 350F 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain we Pasta con broccoli Cook noodles. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Mix half and half, tomato sauce, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and bring to a boil. Lower heat and add mushrooms. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add Parmessan to cooked mix then add noodles.
Broccoli ham ring 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Chop ham, broccoli, and onions using a food chopper.
3) Grate the cheddar cheese.
4) Combine all in a 2 quart batter bowl.
5) Mix in the mustard and mayonnaise.
6) Unroll crescent rolls and arrange triangles in a circle Garlic broccoli 1.5 lbs fresh broccoli
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 C sesame oil
1/4 C vegetable or olive oil
1/4 C Soy sauce

Steam broccoli spears about 5 min. Drain and keep warm.
In Herbed oatmeal pan bread In a small bowl, combine boiling water and oats; cool to 100°-115°.
In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

ar, butter, salt, egg, oat mixture and 2 cups of flour; beat until smooth.
Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Turn on Broccoli and asparagus soup In a large saucepan add 3 cups of vegetable stock, 1 small onion finely chopped, 2 celery sticks chopped, 2 carrots chopped, broccoli, asparagus and let simmer for 1/2 hour, until vegetables are soft.
Blend this mixture to a smooth consistency using a han Broccoli-mushroom scallop 1. Heat fresh broccoli in a deep, 2 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic

Melt butter in large heavy skillet, add shallots;
c Cheddar-potato-broccoli soup Melt the butter in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Add the onion and saute for 5
minutes. Add the potatoes, water and bouillon cubes. Cover and bring to a
boil; reduce the heat to medium and cook just until the potatoes are

In a me Ginger broccoli soup Melt ghee over medium low heat and add onion. Cook until onion begins to brown,
stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, heat stock, water, and ginger in a saucepan for 5 to
6 minutes, but do not let it boil. Add onion, cayenne, lemon juice and broccoli to Broccoli casserole PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES

Broccoli salad with red onions 1 x head broccoli
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 md red onion, chopped
1/2 lb bacon crumbled
1/2 c mayonnaise or miracle whip
1/4 c sugar
2 tb vinegar
1. Mix together broccoli, cheese, chopped onions, bacon and store in covered containe Broccoli cheese soup Place the broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and broth in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then
lower the heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add the cheese and let it melt as you stir it. Mash the vegatables if desired.
Broccoli and tortellini salad 1. Place bacon in a large, deep, skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drai Anytime broccoli cheese sauce Combine soup and milk.
CONVENTIONAL STOVE: Over medium heat, heat until hot and bubbling,
stirring often.
MICROWAVE OVEN: Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 5 minutes or until
hot and bubbling, stirring halfway through heating.
Serve over veg Almond beef with broccoli Combine beef, soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, sugar, garlic powder and ginger.
Marinate for 1/2 hour. Split each length of broccoli into 4 pieces. Drop
into boiling water and boil for 2 minutes. Drain. Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil

Notes: Mince garlic. Thinly slice onion, then cut into thirds. Cut
chicken into strips. Mushrooms should be oyster or shittake, sliced or left

Creamed broccoli soup 1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add chopped onions, carrots, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.
2. In a medium-sized cooking pot, add 4 cups water and chicken bouillon granules and bring to boil. Add p Pasta with broccoli and walnuts In large skillet or wok, heat oil. Add broccoli, onion, garlic, salt
and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until
vegetables are crisp-tender. Add broth; cook 3 minutes. Meanwhile,
