HERB ROLLS



Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cup(s) Dry milk powder
2 Tablespoon(s) Rosemary or other flavored olive oil
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic; minced
1 Tablespoon(s) Vital gluten
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar; or honey
1 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper, ground
1 Tablespoon(s) Dried basil; or 1/4 c. fresh
4 Cup(s) Bread flour
2 Teaspoon(s) Yeast
Directions: Herb rolls make great sandwich or dinner rolls. Make ordinary rolls or use the "Daisy Wreath" directions. Remove dough from machine when done and punch down on a lightly floured board. Break dough into 12 to 15 equal pieces; shape into small balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise for approximately one hour in a warm, draft-free location. Bake in a preheated 350 F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
