Gunnings' Famous Crab Cakes



Ingredients:
2 1/2 lump crabmeat
1/4 salt
1 1/2 freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 old bay seasoning
1 1/2 crushed saltine crackers
3 egg
2 1/2 Tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
3/16 Cup(s) dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
Directions: Spread crabmeat out in a large flat pan and shake salt, pepper, Old Bay and crackers on top. In a small bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard together, adding liberal dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Add egg mixture to crabmeat, gently mix by hand. Scoop and form into 8 cakes. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat source for about 3 minutes or until golden.
