Grilled oriental salmon



Ingredients:
1 oil, olive
1 light sauce, soy
1 grated ginger root
2 (2 Tbs juice) (1/2 tsp. zest) lime, fresh
1/2 finely chopped onion, red
6 pineapple, can, juice
24 steak or fillet salmon
Directions: 1. Put fish in airtight plastic bag. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish, turning bag to coat evenly. 3. Seal and refrigerate for 15 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally. 4. Preheat grill or broiler (oven) on med-high. 5. Lightly pray broiler pan, if appl. 6. Remove fish from marinade. 7. Grill or broil fish at 4 to 5 inches from heat. 8. Cook for 7 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
