Grilled lemon-herb marinated chicken



Ingredients:
2 whole chicken; cut up
6 clove garlic; minced
12 sprigs rosemary
12 sprigs thyme
8 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/8 Cup(s) balsamic vinegar
1/2 Ounce(s) extra virgin olive oil
4 Teaspoon(s) dried hot red pepper flakes
2 Teaspoon(s) oregano
Directions: Put chicken in a large bowl with remaining ingredients and salt to taste and turn chickens to coat. Marinate chickens, covered and chilled, turning occasionally, 1 day. Prepare grill for cooking. Discard marinade and season chickens with salt and pepper.
