3/16 Cup(s) balsamic vinegar
2 clove garlic; crushed
2 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 cracked black pepper
4 chicken breast (boneless)
4 limes; halved
1 assorted greens
1 balsamic vinegar; extra
Directions: Combine the vinegar, garlic, oil and pepper. Pour over the chicken and allow to marinate for 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Cook on the preheat bbq or broiler for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked through. While the chicken is cooking, place the limes on the bbq to caramelise. Arrange the salad greens on the plate. Slice the chicken and place on top of the greens. Serve with the grilled limes and sprinkle with the extra balsamic vinegar. Contributor: The New Cook p 124
