Grilled Polenta



Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) polenta
56 Tablespoon(s) water
2 Ounce(s) gorgonzola
Directions: Boil water with 1 tsp salt in a large saucepan. Slowly pour in 1 cup polenta stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Mix in gorgonzola. Spread out in a sheet pan to about 1/2 inch thickness and cool. Cut into wedges, brush with pure olive oil and grill for a few minutes until heated through. Serve as a side with poultry or meat.
