Grilled Mediterranean Quesadillas



Ingredients:
1/2 Can(s) sliced olives
163/1250 Pound(s) parmesan cheese
4 Ounce(s) softened cream cheese
4 Package(s) Athenos basil and tomato crumbled feta cheese
8 flour tortilla
Directions: 1. Mix Feta, cream cheese, Parmesan and olives. Spread 4 of the tortillas evenly with the cheese mixture, leaving ?-inch border around edge. Top each with one of the remaining tortillas. 2. Place each quesadillas on grill over low heat or in frying pan and grill 2 minutes on each side until crisp and golden. Cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges.
