Marinade & basting sauce for brisket of beef Mix all of the ingredients really well and then pour over whole beef
brisket. Let marinate for several hours, or overnight if possible. Also,
use this marinade as a basting sauce. Some people may find Justin's 3 cups
of dry red wine a lit Grilled eggplant Peel the eggplant, and then cut into 3/4" slices.
Combine butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning; stir well. Brush
eggplant sliced with butter mixture, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place eggplant about 3 to 4 inches from coals. Alfredo's bbq fish marinade Mix all the above ingredients in deep dish. Marinate fish for one hour
before grilling.
Tastes very good on fresh Mahi Mahi or Ahi Tuna. Depending on your
preference you can cut back on the salt. I prefer to cut back on the salt
