4 Tablespoon(s) olive oil

Directions: Put marinade ingredients (orange-jalepeno) in blender; blend for 30 seconds. Pour over snapper, and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Wipe down grill carefully with an oiled cloth so the snapper will not stick. Grill snapper over medium flame 3 minutes on both sides or until done. Serve over mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
