Grilled Chicken Moroccan Style



Ingredients:
16 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
4 Tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
9 Teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1 1/2 ground coriander
2 Teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
2 salt
2 Teaspoon(s) sugar
1/4 Teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
4 (with skin and ribs) chicken breast halves
4 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs
4 Tablespoon(s) fresh parsley,minced
Directions: Whisk first 8 ingredients in large glass baking dish. Add all the chicken; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap; chill 4-6 hours. Prepare grill (medium heat). Place marinade-coated chicken on grill. Grill chicken until just cooked through, occasionally brushing with any remaining marinade, about 10 mintues per side for breasts and about 12 minutes per side for leg and thigh pieces. Transfer chicken to platter. Sprinkle with parsley.
