Directions: 1. Combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, thyme, Tabasco, and black pepper in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 5 minutes. 3. Brush chicken pieces lightly with the sauce. 4. Place chicken, sauce-side down, on a foil-lined broiler pan or grill rack. 5. Brush other sides lightly with more sauce. 6. Broil or grill 3 to 4 inches from the heat source, basting with remaining sauce, until chicken is cooked through. 7. Turn about halfway through cooking. 8. This will take about 5 to 7 minutes per side. 9. Let chicken stand for 5 minutes before serving.
