Green Beans Vinaigrette



Ingredients:
9 Ounce(s) Pkg Frozen Whole Green Beans
1/3 Cup(s) Chopped Green Onion
2 Centiliter(s) Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon(s) Snipped parsley
1 Tablespoon(s) Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
1 Dash(s) Salt
1 Dash(s) Pepper
Directions: Cook frozen green beans with onion and garlic according to package directions. Drain vegetables well; return to saucepan. In a small mixing bowl combine parsley, wine vinegar, and mustard. Gradually add olive oil, stirring constantly with a whisk or fork. Add the salt and pepper; stir until well mixed. Pour dressing over vegetables in saucepan. Cook about 1 minute or until heated through.
