Ingredients:
1/2 Pound(s) Green Beans
2 Tablespoon(s) Slivered Almonds
1 Tablespoon(s) Margarine or Butter
1 Teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
Directions: Cut fresh green beans into 1-inch pieces or lengthwise slices. Cook beans, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, cook and stir almonds in melted margarine over medium heat until golden. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice. Stir almond mixture into green beans and serve warm.
