Directions: Cut green beans lenthwise in half (or buy french cut). In skillet over medium heat, cook almonds until golden, stirring frequently. Remove almonds to plate. Melt butter in skillet. Add green beans and salt until beans are lighhtly browned over medium heat. Add water. Over medium high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
