Greek Spinach



Ingredients:
1 Package(s) Chopped Spinach (10 oz)
1/2 Cup(s) Frozen Pearl Onions
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Crushed Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Finely Shredded Lemon Peel
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
2 Centiliter(s) Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup(s) Crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions: Cook spinach according to package directions, but add onions to saucepan. Drain well, squeezing as much moisture as possible from the mixture. Add remaining ingredients except feta cheese and stir well until well combined. Sprinkle with feta cheese and toss to combine.
