Greek Marinated Turkey Slices



Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive or vegetable oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dried oregano leaves
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
3 Ounce(s) Turkey breast slices
Directions: In shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except turkey; mix well. Add turkey breast slices; turn to coat. Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove turkey from marinade; place on sprayed pan. Discard marinade. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once.
