Pasta with chicken sausage and broccoli 1. Cut broccoli into 3 inch pieces, disgarding stems.
2. Blanch broccoli in a large pot of boliling water until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of broccoli water.
4. Drain and rinse broccoli with cold water. Drain on towel.
5. C Hot thai salad Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain. Chop pasta coarsely, if
desired. Add vegetables and sesame seeds. Prepare dressing. Pour into
salad. Mix well. Serve chilled.
Roquefort salad Wash the lettuce under cold running water; strip off the leaves by hand,
one by one, and dry well. Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the garlic
and discard the clove. Place the walnuts in the bowl; add the Roquefort
cheese, and blend them togeth Citrus salad Peeled the oranges and grapefruit. Section the oranges and grapefruit
