Slice the cucumber in four lengthwise, then slice the pieces to segments

Add the Greek style chicken salad Combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, cheese, and olives. Mix together the remaining ingredients for the dressing. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and lightly toss until coated with dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
Jalapeno spread Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Fold a 6-inch piece of foil over double; fold
up edges to make a tray. Place nuts, chili powder, and cumin in center and
place on a baking sheet.

Fry the sandwich unti Cucumber salad 1 Peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise and remove seed with a spoon. Slice
2 halves into thin crescents. Lay them on paper towels, sprinkle with
coarse salt and refrigerate, uncovered, for 1 hour.
