Greek Chicken Salad



Ingredients:
4 (6in) each cut in half pitas
3 minced garlic cloves
2 Tablespoon(s) sliced pitted kalamata olives
3/4 Cup(s) plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 Cup(s) light mayonnaise
1/16 Cup(s) dried oregano
1/4 chopped parsley leaves
163/625 Pound(s) (2 oz) crumbled feta cheese
1 Cup(s) diced seeded peeled cucumber
3 Cup(s) chopped cooked (about 12 oz) chicken breast
8 boston lettuce leaves
Directions: Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over chicken mixture; toss well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf, and fill with 1/2 cup chicken salad.
