Penny's beans Cook beans. Saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are clear. Add
mushrooms, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans,
cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour.

heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Chicken breasts with green coriander (cilantro) Skin the chicken breasts and dust them with a little salt and pepper.
Lay each one on a square of baking parchment, flatten it lightly with
the palm of your hand and lay a sprig of coriander on top. Fold the

White beans and arugula in pita pockets White Beans and Arugula in Pita Pockets with Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
1) Puree roasted pepper with vinegar and oil until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2) Combine beans and onion in medium bowl. Toss with 1/4 cup dressing.
3) Place arugula in an Banana green mango chutney NOTE: Use this basic chutney with your very spicy hot dishes.
Yield: About 5 Cups

until tender. Add rice, green beans, white pepper, and tarragon. Stir
until thoroughly heated.
S White beans with sausage, basil and tomato Working over a large bowl squeeze juice from tomatoes and crush flesh into large chunks of tomato pulp. In a large heavy saucepan heat oil, crumble sausages into small pieces, and saute until it begins to brown. Add garlic and stir well. Add tomato pulp a Green goddess dip Combine all ingredients.

a preheated 350 F. oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

on each side until they are lightly colored. Don't let them get soft.

large quantity of boiling water until tender (about 8 min). Drain
and set aside. 2. Whisk together in a small bowl the mayonnaise,

bite-size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients with dressing

sit for about 6 minutes. Pour through a wire sieve over another bowl
and throw away all the leaves. Add cold water. Cover the bowl and

his "All season Green-up Tonic" on my garden, both in the ground and potted
plants and my peppers seem to love it.
