Grape-Nuts Raisin Pudding



Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Water; 1/4 c Raisins;
1 1/2 Ounce(s) Grape-nuts cereal; 1 ts Vanilla extract;
1 Tablespoon(s) Quick cooking tapioca; + 6 ts Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 Teaspoon(s) Quick cooking tapioca; Ground cinnamon;
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Maple extract;
Directions: Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve warm Per serving: 3g protein, 0g fat, 38mg carb., 150mg sodium, 0mg chol., 213 calories.
