Grandma's Chicken



Ingredients:
1 (big one & take out innards) chicken (whole)
1 chicken bouillon
1 Cup(s) cold water
37/454 Pound(s) flour
1 Hungry Jack biscuits
1 Cup(s) half and half
Directions: Cook the bird in a pressure cooker. I typically use about 2 cups of water and cook it for 35-40 minutes. Take chicken out, save liquid. Let chicken cool, then take meat off the bones. To liquid, add 1 chicken boullion cube and 1 cup cold water with 2 or 3 T flour dissoved in it. Heat, it will thicken - add chicken meat. Pour over biscuits and mashed potatoes. Freezes well.
