Directions: Dissolve unsweetened chocolate and margarine in boiling water. Add eggs and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Combine lemon juice and milk. Add baking soda and stir to blend. Alternate the addition of the soured milk (or the same amount of buttermilk) and sifted all purposed flour to the batter. Line two small layer cake pans with wax paper. Lightly grease the side and pour equal amounts of batter into each pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
