be enough to fill 4 jars (depending on size). Wash jars and lids.

Procedure: Wash cucumbers. Cut 1/16-inch slice off blossom end and discard,
but leave 1/4-inch of stem attached. Place whole cucumbers in suitable

spice grinder; coarsely grind. Pour into a microwave-safe 4-cup glass

pint jars. Pack the cucumbers lengthwise in the jars. Combine the

Add sliced onions.
Fill jar with pickle size or chunks of fresh cucumbers.
Cover jar and refrigerate for about 2 days; stirring once in awhile.
Kosher pickles Combine salt and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir to dissolve the salt.
Add a handful of ice cubes to cool it down. Then add all the remaining
