1/2 cup raisins. Turn off the heat and let the raisins sit in the water for
at least 10 minutes. Drain the raisins, reserving the raising water. Add
only enough lukewarm w "hello dolly" cookies Melt butter in a 13x9" pan. Spread graham cracker crumbs over the bottom
of the pan. Spread the chocolate chips in a layer over crumbs, then the
pecans in a layer over chocolate. Pour condensed milk over all this. DO NOT
