Ingredients:
10 slices white bread2 tb minced parsley
1 Pound(s) backfin crabmeat3/4 ts dry mustard
6 eggs 1/2 ts salt
3 Cup(s) milk 8 oz shredded sharp am. cheese
Directions: Remove crusts from bread and cut slices into cubes. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and crab. Pour into 9" X 13" baking dish.
