1 ripe, trimmed, peeled & core pineapple
1/16 Cup(s) sesame oil
1/4 maple syrup
1/4 balsamic vinegar
Directions: Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Slice the pineapple into slices, or into 1 inch chuncks. If you select chunks, soak bamboo skewers for 30 minutes in water. Toss the pineapple in the marinade and let rest for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. For chunks, thread the pineapple pieces on to wooden skewers (use double skewers to make the pineapple easier to turn). Space them about 1/2 inch apart. Preheat the grill to medium. Grill the pineapple until glistening and golden, about 10 minutes per side, turnig them carefully Remove the pineapple rom the skewers to a bowl and serve atop the Big Boy Pork Chops.
