Glazed Baked Ham



Ingredients:

217/10000 Ounce(s) dry mustard
163/1250 Pound(s) packed brown sugar
1/8 Pound(s) ham, baked
Directions: 1. Heat oven to 325 degress. Put ham in oven and heat for about 30 minutes. 2. Make glaze by combining brown sugar, orange juice and dry mustard. Drizzle glaze over ham slices. 3. Serve with mashed potatoes and okra fried in vegetable oil.

Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, then cut into small evenely sized cubes. Put in boiling water and cook till soft (about 10 minutes). Then drain water and mash potatoes until no large chunks remain.
2. Add butter and let melt, then mix up. Then add milk and sour cream, mix again. Add spices and cheese (if desired) and mix once more. Serve immediatly.
