Directions: 1. Heat oven to 325 degress. Put ham in oven and heat for about 30 minutes.
2. Make glaze by combining brown sugar, orange juice and dry mustard. Drizzle glaze over ham slices.

Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, then cut into small evenely sized cubes. Put in boiling water and cook till soft (about 10 minutes). Then drain water and mash potatoes until no large chunks remain. 2.
