Ginger-Soy Marinated Halibut



Ingredients:
163/625 Pound(s) brown sugar
16 Ounce(s) soy sauce
1 Ounce(s) roasted: peeled, deseeded, diced jalapeno pepper
1 Bunch(s) chopped cilantro
2 Slice(s) chopped ginger root
2 chopped lemon grass
839/2413 Ounce(s) black pepper
839/2413 Ounce(s) active dry yeast
4 6 ounce Halibut fillets fish
Directions: In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Let halibut fillets marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes. R emove halibut from marinade and pat dry with paper toweling. On a hot grill, cook halibut on both sides until thoroughly cooked. Remove from grill and serve.
