Ginger Salad Dressing



Ingredients:
1 lemon juice
1 1/2 sugar
1 1/2 tomato paste
1 soy sauce
1 chopped celery
1 fresh, chopped ginger
2 water
2 vinegar, rice wine
1/4 oil, peanut
1/4 chopped onion
1 salt
1 pepper, black
Directions: Combine all ingredients in blender container or wok bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife; process until almost smooth. May be kept refrigerated up to one week.
