Ginger baked pears Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Lightly butter a large shallow baking dish.
Peel the pears, cut in half lengthways and remove cores. Arrange, cut
sides down, in a single layer in baking dish.
Mix together the cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, Chilled avocado soup with fresh ginger & lime crema Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the onions for about 4 minutes, until softened. Add the ginger and continue to cook an additional 2 minutes. Add the avocado and chicken stock and whisk to combine. Simmer soup over medium-low heat for about 5 minute Oriental chicken marinade Mix all ingredients in a zip-Lock freezer bag. Shake well and mix. Add
chicken pieces and shake to coat all parts. Place in refrigerator for at
least four hours, turning every hour. Remove chicken, savving the marinade
for basting. Grill chicke Hawaiian island marinade Combine ingredients and marinate steak, chicken, fish or pork before
barbequing. Baste with marinade during barbequing.

Refreshing yogurt marinade Using a sharp knife, cut mango flesh away from pit and peel. Cut flesh into
chunks. Combine mango and remaining ingredients in food processor; process
until smooth and flecked with mint. Before using marinade, reserve 1/2 cup
to serve as a dipp Ginger lime dip Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover; chill. Serve with
fruit. Makes 1 cup.
Ginger soy buerre blanc Okay. The quantities are a little generic. I don't think I have ever measured this out.
It is a basic sauce that is quite delicious, of course it's not the best for you but that is okay. This sauce doesn't take very long to prepare, and Ginger chicken stir-fry In shallow baking dish, combine teriyaki sauce and water; add chicken

Madeira wine marinade for chicken and pork Combine all ingredients in a nonaluminum saucepan and mix well. Cook over
medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool, pour over pork or chicken and let
marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 1 to 2 hours
before grilling. Pineapple beef marinade Add all the ingredients, stiring with wish making sure the sugar dissolves.
Allow to sit for an hour so the flavors blend. Place meat in a freezer bag
large enough for all the meat to lay flat on one side of the bag. Stir
marinade one more time South seas marinade Mix all ingredients together is a medium size bowl. To use, add poultry
and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 1-1/4

and garlic salt. Set aside 2 tablespoons. Pour remaining into a plastic
