Ginger Broccoli



Ingredients:
1 Bunch(s) Broccoli
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
1 Centiliter(s) Garlic, finely chopped
1 Pinch(s) Salt
1 Pinch(s) Pepper
Directions: Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Peel broccoli stems. Cut stems lengthwise into long, thin strips so each has a floweret or two at top. Drop into boiling water. Cook 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1minutes or until lightly golden. Add broccoli; toss until coated and heated through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
