Ingredients: 1 eggs,slightly beaten 1/4 Cup(s) milk 1/4 Cup(s) fine bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon(s) parsley 1/2 salt 1/4 Teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon(s) pepper 1 Pound(s) ground beef 1 Can(s) condensed beef broth 1/2 Cup(s) onions,chopped 1 Can(s) mushrooms,chopped 1 Cup(s) sour cream 1 Tablespoon(s) flour |
Directions: In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Add the ground beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 24 - 1 inch meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; drain off excess fat. Add broth, mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Combine sour cream and the flour; stir into broth. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Serve with spaetzle or noodles.

simmer 10 minutes. Drop in prepared meatballs (below) and carrots. Cook 10
minutes. Add celery. Simmer until vegetables are tender 10-15 minutes.
