German Meatballs



Ingredients:
1 eggs,slightly beaten
1/4 Cup(s) milk
1/4 Cup(s) fine bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon(s) parsley
1/2 salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
1 Teaspoon(s) pepper
1 Pound(s) ground beef
1 Can(s) condensed beef broth
1/2 Cup(s) onions,chopped
1 Can(s) mushrooms,chopped
1 Cup(s) sour cream
1 Tablespoon(s) flour
Directions: In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Add the ground beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 24 - 1 inch meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; drain off excess fat. Add broth, mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Combine sour cream and the flour; stir into broth. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Serve with spaetzle or noodles.
