3 Cloves garlic
8 Ounce(s) Onions; quartered, sliced
1 Pound(s) Green pepper; sliced
1 1/2 Pound(s) Carrots; peeled and sliced
1 1/2 Pound(s) Zucchini; sliced
1 1/2 Pound(s) Broccoli; chopped
1 1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms; sliced
1 Can(s) Chef-Mate Golden Cheese
Directions: 1. Melt butter in large skillet or stockpot. Saute garlic. Add onions and green pepper; cook until onions are lightly translucent, approximately 5 minutes. 2. Add carrots. Cook 5 minutes. 3. Add zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tnder. Drain liquid. Transfer to warm steam table pan. 4. Place 5 ounces vegetable on warm plate. Ladle 1/2 cup Golden Cheese Sauce over vegetables. Serve. Makes 28 five ounce servings.
