Wild rice and chestnut stuffing This stuffing is particularly good for a goose.
In a 3 quart saucepan, melt 1 Tbsp butter, add apple pieces and cook until softened. Witha slotted spoon, remove the cooked apple to a small bowl and set aside. Add 1 Tbsp butter to the same saucepan, melt Wild rice, dried cherry, and almond stuffing In a small bowl, mix the dried cherries and port and let stand while
preparing the stuffing.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the
wild rice and reduce the heat to medium. Cook until the wild rice is tender
Portuguese potato & giblet stuffing Turkeys appeared on Portuguese tables as early as the 16th century,

in the chili peppers, parsley, salt, and red pepper. In a larg Broccoli/spinach casserole Combine cooked sausage, broccoli, spinach, soup, mayonnaise and water
chestnuts in a deep casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a
350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Top with onion rings last 5
minutes.
Double cheese spinach Preheat oven to 350øF. Place all ingredients, except flour, in a large
bowl and mix well. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and blend well. Turn
into a buttered 7x11 inch baking dish. Bake about 1 hour or until set.

Cornbread and sausage stuffing In this recipe, the stuffing is baked outside of the turkey in a baking dish. If you want to stuff your turkey with it, prepare the stuffing through step 2, then follow the directions for microwaving the stuffing, (see below). To make the stuffing a day i Albuquerque corn-bread stuffing Prepare corn bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 metal baking
pan or deep 12 inch skillet with oven safe handle.
In large bowl, with spoon, mix cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and

Creamy garlic spinach soup Chop spinach coarsely and combine with chicken broth and carrots in a 3-quart pot.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, until carrots are tender and spinach wilted. Remove from
heat.
Meanwhile, saute onion and garlic very gently over low to medium heat in bu Greek spinach Cook spinach according to package directions, but add onions to saucepan.
Drain well, squeezing as much moisture as possible from the mixture. Add
remaining ingredients except feta cheese and stir well until well

Spinach & lentil soup Wash & drain lentils. Combine with ater, bring to a boil, add salt, reduce
heat & simmer, covered 45 minutes to 1 hour. Heat oil in a large skillet,
add the onion & garlic & saute until soft & translucent. Add the saute to
Peaches with amaretti stuffing Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Wash the peaches. Cut them in half and
remove the stones. Enlarge the hollow left by stones by scooping out some
of the peach with a small spoon. Sprinkle the peach halves with lemon juice. Soften

saute mushrooms and onions until onions are wilted. Add lemon juice,
vinegar, sugar and pepper; mix well. Stir in spinach and cook only
until spinach begins to wilt. Remove fr Chicken and stuffing bread Warm broth. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour (except chicken and mushrooms) into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" to medium. Select "white bread" and push Start. Add chicken and mushrooms at beep, 88 minutes Ravioli with ricotta and spinach Put the spinach in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water and cook
until wilted. Drain and plunge into an ice bath. Drain thoroughly and
press out as much of the remaining water as possible. Chop the spinach
coarsely and mix with the ricotta. Sea Creamy spinach salad Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar and let stand at least 1 hour. Clean
and dry spinach leaves. Tear into bite-size pieces and place in salad
bowl. Spread onion rings over top of spinach. Crumble bacon and put over
top. Toss with mayonnaise dressi Cereal fruit rice stuffing Saute rice, celery and onions in margarine over medium heat until rice is lightly
browned. Add all remaining ingredients except cereal. Bring to a boil. Cover;
remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cereal. Spoon into 2 quart casserole;
co Spinach-strawberry salad Saute almonds in butter. Mix spinach, strawberries, almonds.
Pour dressing over and serve.
For Dressing:
Mix all other ingredients in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Spinach toss In a small mixing bowl stir together orange peel, orange juice, pectin,
honey, and poppy seed. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add the strawberries,
mushrooms, and dressing. Toss lightly to coat.
Spinach casserole Defrost spinach. Mix all other ingredients and blend with spinach. Place in greased casserole and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Spinach lentil stew In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until te
nder. Add the water, lentils, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, pepper and bay leaf; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 200 minutes. Add carrots, tomatoes and spinac Rice with spinach herbs & cheese PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Cook rice in salted water until tender but still
undercooked (15 minutes for white rice, 30 minutes for brown). Drain, rinse
with cold water, drain again and set aside. Wash spinach and remove stems.
Cook spinach in the wa Roasted bell pepper halves stuffed with bulgur and spinach Preheat oven to 425F. Cut large red and yellow bell peppers in half
through stem end. Remove seeds and cut out ribs, leaving stems intact.
Finely chop small red bell pepper; set aside. Spread 1 tablespoon oil over
rimmed baking sheet. Place pepper halves, "lite" apricot stuffing In small sauce, over medium high heat, combine celery, onion and trukey
broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or
until vegetables are tender. In a large bowl, combine celery mixture,
bread cubes, parsley, poultry Low-calorie spinach pasta with sun-dried tomatoes Pour boiling water to cover the sun dried tomatoes. Allow to stand for 10
min. Drain and cut into pieces. (Discard the water.)
In a blender container, combine the milk, cottage cheese, garlic, salt,
