GF PAT'S BROWN AND WHITE RICE FLOUR BREADS AND BUNS



Ingredients:
2 Teaspoon(s) Vital gluten
1/2 Cup(s) Wrist-warm water
1 Package(s) & 2 tb bread flour
1 1/4 Cup(s) Dry milk powder
1/4 Cup(s) Vegetable shortening
1 Cup(s) Brown rice flour
2 Cup(s) White rice flour
4 Teaspoon(s) Xanthan gum
2/3 Cup(s) Non-instant dry milk
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Sugar; or honey
2 large Eggs
Directions: Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. Recipe may be doubled. Dough may be shaped for hot dog or hamburger buns after first rising. For herb bread, add 2 Tbsp fennel seeds or dried herbs of choice to dry flour.
