Directions: BuHer 8-inch square pan. In medium saucepan, combine butter,
evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat,
stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constanUy; remove
from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir
vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour
in pan. Cool and cut into squares. Hint For a thicker fudge, use a
7x5-inch loaf pan. (Makes 2 pounds)

"ANGEL'S Fudge Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy 2.5 qt. saucepan; bring to full rolling bowl, stirring constantly. Remove from heat Caramel fudge pecan brownies Line a nine inch square pan with foil; butter foil. For chocolate layer,
beat granulated sugar and 1/2 cup butter at high speed on mixer, until
light, about 2 minutes. Add 2 large eggs; mix well. Mix in 4 ounces melted
chocolate and 2 Tsp vanilla. Fat-free fudge sauce In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa and the coffee or water. Beat with
a whisk until the cocoa is smooth and all the lumps have dissolved. Whisk
in the condensed milk, corn syrup and raspberry vinegar. Heat over low

Combine the 2 sugars, molasses, cream and coarsely chopped chocolate in a saucepan. Cook over a mode Fudge ( divinity ) Butter sides of heavy saucepan; in it combine sugar, corn syrup, water and salt. Cook and stir till sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Cook to hard-ball stage (250?) without stirring.
Remove from heat.
