Directions: Mix together the butter, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder,
until fine. (this can be mixed easily in a food processor) Press mixture
into a flan pan and up sides of pan (reserving 1/3 cup for topping). Drain
the canned apricots, lay apricots on top of crust mixture. Sprinkle the
reserved 1/3 cup topping over apricots. Bake at 375 degrees for 20
minutes. Mix cream with egg and pour over flan in oven. Bake at 375
degrees for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
Note: you may want to substitute blueberries, peaches or pears for
apricots. Use your imagination.

Sift dry ingredients, mix eggs, syrup, sugar and oil. Gradually beat in
dry ingredients, pour over fruit mixture and mix well. firmly pack into
pan. Bake in 275 degree oven about 2 Cranberry fruit and nut bread Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating
well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and nutmeg; add to creamed

Fruit 'n yogurt pasta salad Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with
cold water to cool. In medium bowl, combine cooked macaroni and all
remaining ingredients except strawberries; mix gently to coat.
Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend Fruit crisp Blend first 6 ingredients in food processor. Work melted butter in with
hands. Place fresh or frozen berries into individual custard cups.
Sprinkle with extra brown sugar and dot with butter. Cover berries with
crumb mixture and bake at 350F degre Fruit bran muffins Preheat oven to 400^. Spray muffin tins with non-stick coating agent. Mix
bran cereal amd fruit in mixing bowl. Add milk; stir and let stand 5
