Directions: Heat oil to 365F. Mix the seasonings with the corn meal and flour. Dip
the shrimp in the buttermilk and then roll in the corn meal. Let stand on
a rack or waxed paper until oil is hot. Fry a few at a time in the hot
fat. Drain on paper towel.
