Directions: Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 12 o'clock. Select "French bread" and push Start. Notes: Wonderful, slightly sweet French bread with a light, crispy crust. Sylvia's notes: great bread, and it really does have a slightly sweet taste! This is the ONLY sweet-tasting bread I've been able to produce in my DAK!
