Directions: In a shallow bowl combine lemon juice, oil, mint, garlic, thyme,
fennel, sage and bay leaf. add chicken breasts and turn to coat
well. cover and marinate, refrigerated for at least 2 hours or
overnight. grill 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 5 to 10 minutes
on each side until cooked through. season with salt and pepper.
