Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) your favorite blood type friendly cookies; crushed
1/2 Cup(s) butter (O; B) or margarine (A, AB), melted
1/2 Cup(s) sugar
1/2 Gallon(s) favorite ice cream (B); soy ice cream (A;
2 Cup(s) powdered sugar
2/3 Cup(s) chocolate or carob chips
1 Can(s) evaporated milk; (B); evaporated soy milk
1/2 Cup(s) butter (O; B) or margarine (A, AB)
1 Cup(s) chopped nuts; for blood type
8 Ounce(s) whipped topping; dairy free unless B
Directions: Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom of 9x12 pan. Freeze. Spread 1/2 gallon of favorite ice cream over frozen crust. Freeze until firm. Combine topping ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool to room temperature and spoon over ice cream. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Freeze until firm. Spread an 8 ounce container of thawed whipped topping over all and garnish with more chopped cookies.
