Snow pea salad Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 1 minute, or until they turn bright
green. Drain and plunge into ice water. Drain well on paper towels. Pat
dry. Cut pods in half and place in salad bowl. Set aside.
Thinly slice mushrooms and add to snow peas. Hot spicy bean curd Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add
salted beans & bean curd, fry gently till bean curd turns golden. Add
the rest of the ingredients & cook until the sauce thickens. Serve
hot over noodles or frie Mozzarella salad Whisk together olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic, vinegar, pepper,
and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In large salad bowl, mix lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, green

Tortellini pesto salad 1.) Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place tortellini in the pot, and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, until al dente. Drain and cool.
2.) In a large bowl, mix the cooked tortellini, red bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, olives, and garlic.
3.) In Mediterranean chopped vegetable and herb salad Combine the cucumber, peppers, carrot, tomatoes, cilantro, dill, parsley,
