Roast chicken 1. Wash the chicken completely and remove the gizzards (liver, neck ...etc., they are in plastic bags in the chicken). Then salt the entire chicken.
2. Preheat over to 425 degress F. Put the chicken on a roasting rack or directly in a baking pan.
3. Put Lemon rice Saute vegetables. Add rice, water, lemon juice. Add salt and lemon zest.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes, covered.
