SAGER To: ALL Subject: PIZZA Flags:
Hi, thought maybe someone out there would like either of my recipes.
Roast Beef Bar - B - Q Pizza :
I always use Robin Hood pizza dough mix or you can use your regular dough
recipe for the crust.
You'll need 1# of Roast Beef, cut it into small pieces then pour 1 bottle
of B-B-Q sauce into the meat. After you have the meat well coated then
spread the mixture onto your pizza crust. You can use whatever cheese you
like the most, I always use Mozzarella on mine.
Pierogie Pizza:
1. Your favorite pizza crust
2. A mixture of mashed potatoes (I've always used homemade, never tried
powder yet)
3. Small can of sauerkraut
4. Mozzarella and cheddar cheese (I sometimes use 3 cups of cheese
depending on how much of the potato mix you put on your pizza.)
Use your mixer to mix the sauerkraut into the mashed potatoes. Then
spread onto your crust and then add cheese. You can put as much potatoe
mix as you want on the pizza just becareful when you cut it the potato mix
will be very hot!
I hope you enjoy them!!!
