heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Working in batches, add pork and
brown on all sides, about 8 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer pork to
large bowl.

APPLE-SURPRISE ICE CREAM: Mix 1/2 cup canned applesauce, 1 tablesp. l "fred's schezuan sauce" Well, this is NOT non-fat, but is low fat. It's kind of a Schezuan sauce I
guess, of my own invention. If I could figure out how to avoid using the
oil it would be non-fat, but anything I've tried has been less than yummy.
Considering it Creamy vegetable chowder Heat oil in saucepan. Cook onion, pepper, celery, carrots, and garlic and
cook until lightly browned, adding water if necessary to prevent drying. In
blender, combine cottage cheese, tomatoes, water and spices. Blend until
smooth and add to veg "chinese" chicken salad -by david cassidy Wash and pat dry the chicken and cut into cubes. Heat olive oil in a
skillet. Toss the chicken cubes in teriyaki sauce and ground ginger. Add
to the skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until cooked through. Set
aside to cool.
